Ganbare! Nippon Olympics 2000: 50hz on PAL DC :/

I recently got this game (which is the JAP version of International Track & Field) but unfortunately it runs at 50hz on my PAL DC

I tried patching it with the latest Pal Patcher and also tried to find a patch in megagames without any success. can anyone help please?
