what is the best cd copying porgram? plz help

can you help me , is there a program thats gets pass all the cd protections that are out there?
if so what is it and where do i get it?
i`m using nero 5 demo right now it is working ok but is there something better?
i want to make back-ups for my games and dvd.
do i need a different program for dvd`s?
if so whitch is the best dvd program?

for games use clonecd it passes every protection except safedisk2
for dvds i have no idea
