How to copy a DVD-Audio ?

Did someone succeed in creating a backup of a DVD-Audio ? I tried to extract the Dolby Digital track to do a multichannel audio CD but couldn't do it.
How can I do ?
Thanks

This was recommended by TD to me and was very helpful. It took some searching to find what I was trying to do, but it was worth it.

it may take some time to find what you are searching for.
As for being from Michigan, yes and this weather is the worst. lol
East Lansing is quite a ways from where I live. I am right on the border (20 minute drive) of Ohio.
I see you are from France. I visited marseille once. Its alot different culture than the US. I enjoyed it though. Well, good luck in your search, I hope this has been helpful.
