Messiah2 NTSC fix for V5

I'm trying to do this fix but can't find any pictures on which points to connect for my v5.

I tried the points on the attached diagram but the ps2 will turn on for a few seconds and then returns to standby. I have also tried connecting from the ic leg to an alt 3.45v source but still get the same results.

anyone have any info?

Can't seem to attached images...

Also I have a NTSC v5 ps2.
