Best Modchip

What's the best modchip out there? I need to get one and I know they can be a little pricey. I only want to get 1.

I'm not really interested in soldering because when the time comes for PS3 I can't sell my PS2 in.

What problems have you had with some and what are the better, cheap ones?

The BEST mod chip is the Messiah 2.......

If your not interested in soldering, have someone do it for you.... If you settle for a no solder chip, you will REGRET it.....

NOTE: You can sell your PS2 for MORE money if its modded than if its not modded......

The Messiah 2 is not the cheapest chip.... $68.00 (US funds)
BUT its by FAR, the BEST......

OK, I guess I'm getting a Messiah 2.

What makes is so good, and better then the original Messiah?

I just meant I couldn't sell it to a store like Funcoland.

The Original Messiah ONLY supported a few PS2 versions.
PAL V3-V6 and 1 version of the NTSC V4....

The new Messiah 2 supports ALL consoles, and boots everything just like it was a Original game... No strange boot procedures or anything, just put the game in and it boots.....

And it has the ability to be turned OFF if needed....

magic3 and messiah2 have their own proper website.

apple chip no actual website, but have detailed diagrams on all PS2 boards for apple chip installation. <--weird
