Anyone Help a Newbe?

Ok i made my first svcd, dvd backup looks good and sounds good BUT!

It made 1 big file of just over 1 gig,if i had a dvd burner it wouldn't be a prob but i dont so.

How do i cut a 1 gig mpeg file into 2x500 meg files so i can burn them into svcd?

Thanks a bunch

go to www.vcdhelp.com and download either virtualdub or tmpeg encoder that should cut your movie into 2 just make sure you read all the instruction before you even attempt to cut one.

good luck
