I personally created my own.
At the top of the forum page you will see a button labeled "user cp"...Click on it... Then there will be a button labeled "edit options"..Click on it... Go all the way to the bottom of that page and you will see where you can change or upload you avatar... Note: It has to be a certain size or smaller to work. It will tell you the size when you get to the page... Hope this helps... If you have any problems, post back and i'll see if I can help....
