Burning form XISO or ISO

Has anyone had different luck burning from ISO versus XISO format? The tuorials I've seen said both work but XISO was more guaranteed. Anyone have much different success rates? Thanks.
Oh, also, what CD-RW do you recommend?

Xiso has always worked for me. But some people say it is very buggy. I had never had any probs with it.

cd-rw brand, hmm. I use "Prime Peripherals 80min/700mb" and never had a problem, but every kind of cd-rw's should work without a prob. Chances are that if it costs more than $1.50USD, it'll work.
