Mafia & The Thing

I'm trying to find a working exe for these two games, The only exe I can find for Mafia is 2.37mb and I keep getting the same error message with then every time and The Thing freezes everytime at the screen where you pick the difficulty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mafia: there's a working fix on *************.com.
Thing: take the fix from megagames.com (but use the DEVIANCE fix).
