Burn WAV to CD

I have a wav. file with several songs played in continous ( like in a live concert) and I want to record that file to CD, with an index to each song and without gaps between them.

Anyone can help? I used an editor to split the wav. file into individual files but when I burn these files with Nero I get a silence gap between songs.
