Installed chip, now nothing happens!...

Well i finally got the Magic2 installed and i thought i did a good for such small components. Had some problems getting the wire to stick to the 3.3v point. Mounted the chip, put everything back together. Hook up the rca cables, turned the power on and NOTHING. The screen did briefly flash and the drive did click. So i inserted a psx game and heard the clicking again and also heard the disc moving around but no nothing on the screen. I dont think it was a black screen. I didnt solder to any VIAs. I dotn think the PS2 is ruined since the drive door open/closes and also can hear the disc spining inside. Any ideas? I guess one thing to do is make sure i didnt arch any solder over to another chip leg. any help is appreciated. thanks

No, id ont get any browser screen, just the blue video screen on the TV. I reopened it and found the 5v wire off and 2 chip legs bridged. The 3.3v also came off and cant get that to stay. Thats hair pulling.

YOu know how you turn your TV to input video that has the blue screen. Well thats all i get when i turn my PS2 on. i dont get no black screen, no browser screen. So would a bridged pin cause no video? Like i said in the 1st post, i can still open/close the disc tray, hear the disc spin, but thats it.

UPDATE:

ok i got it working i removed the chip and wires which it still did the same. I found 2 pins from the black chip next to the 3.3v point. removed the solder and good to go. Now i got to go back in there and install the chip again.... ....another adventure begins
