Discjuggler & WindowsXP
In installed WindowsXP Pro yesterday and I am unable to install DiscJuggler. I get the error message that the install program is looking in c:\windows\temp for the discjuggler.msi file. I think this is a winxp install file...not a DJ file. Anybody have any help with this?
Thanks |

Yeah, I'm having the same problem. I had it installed when I upgraded, won't run after the upgrade. Gives me a windows error. Tried to reinstall, got the same problem. Downloaded the latest eval from their site, same thing. It's trying to reference an installer file that doesn't exist.

I've successfully installed both v2.0.412 and 3.00.762 on XP Pro, and successfully used both.
A .MSI file is a microsoft installer file, which is basically a database of all the files, where they get installed to, and all the registry keys. It replaces the older .CAB files that older installer technologies used. The only problem I've having with Diskjuggler is that when it is installed, XP can't go into standby mode on my machine (abit BP6 dual celeron 550). |
