Prop Arena : do you know if it has been published officially in PAL or NTSC ??
Power jet : i've seen a day a .nfo of a possible release (team was JADE), fake or true ??? i don't know...

Propeller arena was cancelled (along with movies like spiderman etc) after sept 11 2001... indeed the WTC disaster. this game will never see the light of day

Powerjet racing.. dunno check www.gamefaqs.com dc section.. maybe they have it listed.
