Syberia: Having problems with a scratched CD

Hi!
I got Syberia recently and I was loving it until my little brother scratched the first CD of the game.
Now the game crashes in some parts and because of that I tryed a full install with no success: while installing I get a message saying that the following files are corrupted:

...\Syberia\Video\Pack1\ab17080.syb
...\Syberia\Video\Pack1\ab17030-2.syb
...\Syberia\Video\Pack1\ab17030-3.syb
...\Syberia\Video\Pack1\ab17030-4.syb
...\Syberia\Video\Pack1\ab17070-1.syb

Is it possible for anyone to tell me where to get these files in order for the game not to crash?

I would be very thankful to anyone that could help me.

The only thing you can do is to contact MICROIDS and ask for a new CD.

I think no one here will send you the files, cause it is not sure you have the original. Anyone who send you the files could do to illegal.

Sorry, but try at MICROIDS....

Try searching for "toothpaste" in these forums and u'll find a useful thread regarding scratched cd's. It seems that toothpaste can help with scratched cds.

Already had contacted Microids before posting this thread, they told me to send them the scratched CD and they would send another to replace the damaged one, but I would have to pay for it, in the end it would be cheaper to buy a new game. But I don't want to spend another €50(that's how much a game costs here in Portugal).
And how can this Toothpaste guy help me out with my scratched CD? Anyway, I'm giving it a try.
