how to create ppf patch
is some one can explain me how to create a ppf patch ( 50 to 60 hz ) for ORGASM release "sakura wars4 , KOF 2K, JLEAGUE SPECTACLE SOCCER) or where can i find them

To create a file patch is quite easy : take your original file, take your patched file and use a patch file maker (like "makeppf").
To make a patch is much more complicated. You have to find the right value to look for and the right value to replace it by. For 50 to 60 Hz, the well known method is to look for "01E403A002E401A003E4" and to replace it by "00E403A000E401A000E4". But it doesn't work 100%.
