Is a good purchase a DVD player/ CDRW ?

I'm going to buy a LG DVD player/ CDRW, but many people told me that it want good.
I'm not going to see watch movies all day, and neither copy thousands of CDs . It sjust for home use.

I dont know if its going to "do a bad job" or it doesnt have a "long life".

From what I heard LG burner is Great..Even though I use Plextor's lots of people say that LG Burner is good..
Get it..It's worth it..Too many people can't be wrong..
