Question Warcraft 3 install problems

I have the burned cd of warcraft 3 installed(all the files on the cd is on my comp) on my comp (i still have the cd). And when i install it it says that there was an error with the cd it cant read war.mpq!? Thats after i input my cd-key and install dir.

the war.mpq is a file compression technique used by this company. Textures etc are stored in it.
You may be using a bad pirated copy of the game and the file has been corrupted due to a bad copy.
