Help.. I wan't to copy psx games with an imac

Can anybody help me, I want to copy psx cd's but all the cd's have a protection. I have an Imac and I have no idea if there is a programm that can go through the protection.. please help me! (I'm from Holland, so my English is probably not perfect) send a mail or respond !

Search megagames. you can do it. Not all games but most.
