i want to know how to turn a nrg file in to a cdi dj file please anyone tell me

What I would do is :
_ extract all the files in a directory
_ make a bin image using CDRWin or mksofs
_ use Bin2Boot on this bin image

There is a better way.
Install Daemon Tools. With this, you can "mount"
the image from a virtual CD drive.
Once it is mounted, it behaves as if you had the actual CD of
the image in a real CD drive.
After that, you can fire up Diskjuggler and get your image.
