How do you compress an divx .axi movie ?

Hey, um i have a divx movie on my computer, it is 716mb, is there a way to compress it just a bit so it will fit onto a normla 700 mb cd ?? also wat is a good program to change divx movies to mpeg form ?

avi's are compressed. tmpegnc changes formats well. read up on overburning.

You need a program called dvdx on kazaa set bitrate to
650 and will fit on a 700 mb cdrw . You can only do this
if you made the disk and have the vts files. you will
have to rip the movie again. If you downloaded the movie you cant do it.

or you could encode from avi -> mpeg - > smaller avi
