Pioneer DVR-A04/Prassi PrimoDVD 2.0 Problem

Hi all,
I have just installed my the DVR A04 and when I opened Prassi Primo DVD 2.0 an alert comes up saying "No compatible Recorder drives have been found in this computer". Does anyone konw what this is about? Is there a setting I have to change on the writer for the program to recognise it? Do I need a driver or something?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

yes u need a ugrade driver i have the same i fix it with the new driver it works ok

I had this problem with Prassi and my a04.
I had to update the px engine from veritas download site.
