i'm new and there has to be a way

hi there !
for the last tree days i have been trying to burn a cdi image and eventhought i have all the files, i can't burn it because i keep on getting it burned till it reaches 3 percent and then it stops and push the cd out claiming that there is an error w/the file.
the thing is that i have been trying it w/severel images and it didn't work, and even though i used cdirip to convert it to nero it still didn't work.
what am i doing wrong ????
