No-CD for new Morrowind patch?

I'm anxious to try out the new Morrowind patch, but my stupid CD-ROM drive seems to have a lot of problems with SafeDisc. So, I've been using a no-CD exe from GCW to play it with the CD in there, but it doesn't actually check it. Anyone know where I can get one that will work with the new patch, or when one will be released?

I tried it last night to see, and you're right! The disc works great now, without having to remove the SafeDisc protection. The same thing happened to me when I bought Civ III... stupid SafeDisc.
