Question question...

I am not really a newbie or anything, but I was just wondering, when you use a cd crack, is it the 100% full game? I ask because when I used a crack for "the sims" the roofs on the houses were not there, I think there might have been some other things missing as well.

So how do make a cd crack for a game, and is all the content there, or does it depend on who/how you make it?
