What to look for in purchasing LiteON
Well im a complete noob at hardware and i am looking into buying a liteOn 40x-12x-48x cd-rw and have no idea on what other specs to look for like the ID number and such, so far i have looked into one place and here is tyhe info on the burner

i think the only difference is that cirkutz writes w/CAV while the S one writes with CLV. no biggie.

go to www.cdfreaks.com and look through the forum, from what i've seen you can buy a LiteOn 24x model and overclock it to a 48x model by changing the firmware. So why waste your money?
