I am aware that VCD's are not playable with PS2, so no nasty comments, i'm wondering if MiniDVD's are playable. For those who are not familiar with MiniDVD's :
miniDVD is DVD-Video recorded on a CD-R or CD-RW disc. Typically, a miniDVD can hold about 18 minutes of video encoded at 4 Mbps. ( IT IS NOT VCD's) What exactly is the problem with PS2's, is it not reading the encoding for VCD's or is it that it can't read CD-R's period?

ps2's play dvd's. they play pressed cd's and dvd's, specifically, without mods. please try and tell me why you think a mini dvd would work, because it sounds pretty, um, non-sensible taht it would.
