Putting MP3s onto C.Ds

Hey Everybody
My C.D writer just broke recently and i dont know have £ to replace it the now so i was just wondering if theres any way of putting music onto a blank disk using the other drive?I know its a long shot but its worth a try.
Or if anybody can help with the broken C.D Writer everytime you turn the computer on it ejects and everytime you push the button to make it go in it just pops out again.Any Ideas?
