HOW DO I GO ABOUT MAKING A MOVIE I DOWNLOADED INTO A VCD?
WHAT SOFTWARE SHOULD I USE (AND WHERE CAN I GET IT?) WHAT FORMATS DO VCD PLAYERS SUPPORT (MPEG, AVI, ETC.) THANKS IN ADVANCE LEIGH DUFFY

To create a VCD (e.g. with nero) the file format has to be mpeg1.
Use tools like virtualdub, tmpenc to convert/change/modify them. Go to http://www.chizzil.com/software.cfm http://www.doom9.net/software2.htm http://www.vcdhelp.com/vcdtools.htm to get the tools and the tutz on how to use them. Hope this helps.
