Metal Gear Solid 2 Backup

I'm trying to back-up Metal Gear Solid 2 using Prassi PrimoDVD and Pioneer A-03 (F/w 1.68) but I keep getting a PX Engine error message while trying to create a global image.

Has anybody else had this problem? Is there a way around it?

Go to a thread started by Tralee on the 8/3/02 entitled Primo dvd errors.
Look to the advise given by Charlie and how this helped.
Hope this helps.

My son has now told me that the original locks up at a cut scene point. I think I'll be back at the shop tomorrow for an exchange.
