Ripping Soundfiles From Dreamcast Games

Is there anyway to rip soundtracks from Dreamcast games and put them into a playable format such as wav? Any information would be great. I'm trying to get the Jet Grind Radio soundtrack, as the official one doesn't have any of Deavid Soul on it.

For that matter, does anyone know where I can buy Deavid Soul music?

I'm going to assume you meant "DAVID" Soul...

Nope, I mean Deavid Soul, he's on the soundtrack to Jet Grind. Japanese dance music type stuff. Thanks though.
