Ok New At This
I have a US v5 30001R & a US v4 30001. I have a R-CHIP in the v5, I have a pionner DVR-A03, And use a GS2 v2.
I like to know if there is any no-swap chip. I can use in both versions. Or what chips should I use? I have problems with the R-chip booting. (dvd back up) thanks |

Hi
I don't doubt that eventually the Messiah will be developed to work properly on v5 NTSC (and for that matter better than it does now on v4). The market is too large to ignore. The Messiah is inherently designed for multi-region, but before they were busted by Sony, they hadn't completed development for NTSC-U/C. It's gone underground now, but the developers are in Eastern Europe. So they'll be busy right now. If you have the patience, do wait. If not, I suggest you consider to either get the Messiah for your v4 and an Origachip for the v5 or get the Origachip for both. Best wishes
