go to www.centralmp3.com/eb there on the left is a firmware section!
but if i were you i won't upgrade the firmware of that drive because apprarenly they fix the firmware of some drives so that these drives can't copy some protections with it. what firmware do you have now? and what doyou want to upgrade to? i have the same drive and it copies every thing ecxept SD2 which it will never copy even if you do upgrade the firmware!

For my sony a use firmware 1.0c.It is not possible to write in raw dao.I wan,t to make a backup of ace of empirers 2 with clonecd but my sony will not write it.
So i think i must upgrade the firmware or not?
