WWTBAM 2 unable to read sectors

When copying who wants to be a mill. 2 using clone cd 3, i get what seems to be an okay working copy, though when looking at the copying log within clone cd it reoprts that sectors 847 to 10043 have "failed to read sectors". What are these sectors, does it matter that they cannot be read, or will it affect the game as i have only briefly used the burnt copy.

thanks,
andy

The unreadable sectors are part of the copy protection -> everything's OK.
