have used ths drive for abou a year, great drive, probably the best on the market for the money.

Have managed to copy everthing except SD2 but again virtually nothing will copy SD2 perfectly.

Hope this helps

Hi

I have one of these drives and find them great too. I noticed some people on the SD2 compatibility page at:

http://www.cdrtimes.com/articals/sd2compatable/games/menu.htm

have Mitsumi CR-4804 drives and have successfully copied Red Alert 2 and Delta Force Land Warrior (both SD2 protected) when reading from various drives (including the Mitsumi itself). The resulting copies could apparently be played in several different drives. The only thing which may be important in achieveing this is to update to the 3.0D firmware from www.firmware.com.bi

Cheers

Rick.
