Cannot install Operation Flashpoint update v1.20

Yesterday I tried to install the Update 1.20 for Operation Flashpoint (Version 1.10 already installed).
But I always recieved the error message in dat/htw Data.pbo when it checks the files.
I don´t know what I could do....

I uninstalled the game a few times and installed it again but this didn´t fix the problem.
I tried to install the patch for Version 1.10 before installing 1.20 and I tried to do it without installing Version 1.10 at first.
But nothing works. :'(

I hope somebody can help me or tell me what I could do.
