OPF Cracked Patch 1.40 and Cracked Exe

I see on GCW that there is a cracked exe (v1.40) made by deviance.
On the readme it says that it includes the cracked patch (1.40).

Why didnt GCW uploaded that patch ?

Yes why not? whithout that update cracked the exe file is worthless

Apply the patch---replace the exe.

Sometimes a patch is also just a change in the exe.

but the patch is protected with 2.5 safedisc2
