I've got the English version so this mightn't be relevent to you - but it's a start.

You should first of all try using Clone CD instead of CDR-Win. Harry Potter has Safedisk 2 protection so you will need a good burner capable of correct EFM coding (eg Plex24x, Lite-On24x). If you have such a burner, when readin g the image file in Clone CD you must check 'Fast Error Skip'.
If you don't have such a burner, well you can use Clone CD's new feature 'Amplify Weak Sectors' (this MAY help you depending on your burner).
If you succeed in making a copy in this way then you will meet the next obstacle - ATIP protection - every CD-R has something called ATIP (it identifies the length, manufacturer etc). Original, pressed CD's don't have this. If ATIP is found to be present - it won't work. Mainly it's only CD-writers that can read ATIP, CD-ROMS aren't usually able to read it so you can play it in the CD-ROM.

If you don't have a CD-ROM, then you can use Clone CD's 'Hide CD-R' feature. This hides the fact it is a CD-R. The only downside is that it must be running in the background.

Your last option is to 'crack' the game. This will remove the Safedisk 2 protection and also the ATIP check. First you should get a copy of Unsafedisk 2 (look at the top of this page for a link).
Steps:

Copy all the dll's on the CD to a temp directory. Also copy the main exe (this is the exe you run to play the game).
Run Unsafedisk Dumper and select the exe. This will create a data.bin file.
Run Unsafedisk Rebuilder to rebuild this file. Now your new 'cracked' file is created. Rename it to what the original was and replace the original file with the new 'cracked' one.

The only downside with this option is that during installation, the file size of the exe will be checked, it will obviously be wrong and an error messege will pop up. The solution to this is to click Ignore, and that's that.

As you can see there are a few options you can choose.
