What is the best cdrw writer for sd2 or to by pass the latest protection?

I'm currently on the lookout for a cd burner capable of burning safedisc 2 and through the latest copy protection. Can someone please tell me which burner is the best? I just read that the liteon 24x is the best but i need to know more. Btw I will be using clonecd with the burner. Also which dvd drive would be ideal to read it before burning it? Thx for your help.

Px241040a is able to copy almost everything except securom protected games (no one is able to do it)
