This worked for me using the UK version. I own the original and as stated in the manual, "YOU SHALL NOT: *Copy the program except a single backup copy". So a question begs, if they make games/software un-copyable, what's the point of the clause? Anyway...

Get the latest version of Blind Read/Write - www.blindwrite.com -

Read: the original CD as either .ISO or .BWT (default).
Write: to an 80min/700mb blank using DAO PW Subs @ 1x (this makes ALL the difference!).

Wait an hour or so... ...twiddle thumbs, drink copious amounts of coffee, get bent, yarda, yarda.

Burner used: Ricoh 7063a, or something. Firmware 6, or something =)
