CD-RW Disks
Silly question really but does it matter if you use CD-RW media rather than CD-R when backing up protected software. I've scoured the forum going back 75 days and havent seen any reference to it.

cdrw arent only more expensive than cdr but you cant use them with a regular cdrom... not to mention that if you are backing up a game you are going to keep the backup and not rewrite on it everytime...

CD RWs are more for backing up files rather than data, also rememeber that if you use a package like adaptec easy cd they are only 550mb or something like that, but ive never actually heard that they cope with a more "complete" form of data than a normal 20th of the cost cdr.
