Diablo 2 1.08 no-cd patch, compatible with b.net

the site hasnt updated in a while so i havent seen this patch yet, i figured it would have been up as soon as the patch came out, but it hasnt. does anyone have any details for this patch?

Your question is my cuestion man.
The mean of this problem is i have the original diablo's cd but, the stupid cd, explodes in my cd unit and i cant play now without the no-cd 1.08 patch b.net comp.

I need GCW put that patch soon like you, but no...no soonest in fact...=(
I hope the GCW put the patch in short time...

There has beeen a fair bit of discussion about htis patch. It is out but you will have to go elsewhere. I posted the URL a week ago entitled "Diablo's new patch by dARWIN". Read all posted messages from about a week ago there is more info. I have downloaded it and it works.

dARWIN, do you do a patch for version 1.08 that just allows you to play with a not very well burnt cd? no muss no fuss, just run a program in the back ground or a new game.exe file?
