DVD Wizard Pro-Does it work?

This is a program that supposedly shows you how to back up DVDs using CD-R or CD-RW. Is this actually possible and is it worth the $39.99 they're asking for. Thanks.

YES IT DOE'S, but first of all "why would you want to backup a dvd on to a cdr,for vcd ,??? dvd quality is the best your gunna get in our lifetime, "go for dvdr , it's getting very cheap by the day ,and getting cheaper"dont waste your money on these programs, they offer "crap result's, what i,m say'in,is you'l be dissapointed/trust me\there's a lot of these prog's showing up,dup/dvd another one ??? save your $ m8
