A NO-CD cracking road block

hey out there... does anyone know how i crack a game when the NO CD message doesn't appear in the String Data Items List using Wdasm?? i'm stuck at this step.. if it helps, the game also prompts me saying that it's aware of a debugger running (when i have softice running on startup) when softice is disabled the normal NO CD message comes back up..

any help would be appreciated.
