How to make a back up of Black and White?

How can I make a backup of Black and White? I tried using BlindRead and BlindWrite. BlindRead took a long ass time it said Bozo read... and there were like 255 bad sectors. What is this how can i fix it? CloneCD wont even read the disc. How can i back up my copy.?
