aoe 2 problems

hi folks!
i´ve a problem with my aoe2. if i want to play the game, the intro starts for about 2 seconds, after 2 seconds the game doesn´t load anymore and i´m back at my desktop....
i´ve tried much cracks, but they don´t work;(
can you help me?
