Age Of Empires II ( NO CD ) - Means No Multiplayer??

I have the NO CD patch/Crack For AOE II and I can play singleplayer fine, But I cannot "Create" A Multiplayer Game... I have Tried differnt patches/cracks for AOE II, But I still have not found one that will let me create a multiplayer game... If anyone has any information that will help me in my situation It would be much appreciated....
