Allright, for The Sims V 1.0 it is safedisc1 r3, which means no problem for safedisc1.5.5. I think there is no further protection. I've heard that version 1.2 has also another protection. As I only own v1 I cannot tell you any more details, I'm sorry, dude.

It's safedisc protected pal, but you can make a perfect copy of the sims and living it up, using clonecd read it at 1 or 2x speed with read audiosubcode #####ed.
Go to eat your dinner take your bath watch your favorite program and when you return you'll burn your copy. But the sims house party haves a damn new protection and I'm still trying to bypass it. It have three key numbers in separated files the puzzle is to join it and create a almost perfect backup.
