Red Alert 2 UK v1.003 NOCD???????????

Is there anyone out there that
can crack the UK version of red alert 2 ?
all the NOCD cracks are for English
but they actually only work with American
Versions
So if there are any good hackers out there
that can make a nocd patch for the UK version that WORKS
or if anyone has already made one then could you put it on gamecopyworld
or post a reply telling me where to find it?
