Microsoft games

How do you copy Microsoft games? I have tried to copy MS games, they would install fine, but they won't play. Every time I go to play the game that I just copied, it says please enter the <Title of Game> cd. Any suggestions at all? Please email me at [email protected]. Thank you for your help
