D2 1.04 fixed ExE

I havent been able to play my Diablo 2 cd since the 1.04 patch came out mainly because it is burned, and I cant play any part of my game with out it. So if you can please reply to this message telling me if and or when you will be coming out on the 1.04 fixed patch thanks.
